Eilleen Regina Edwards, widely known as Shania Twain is a Canadian singer and songwriter born on August 28, 1965, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. She has sold over 100 million records worldwide making her the best-selling female artist in country music history and also one of the best-selling artists of all time.

She pursued her career in music in the early '90s. Her first self-titled album debuted in 1993 was a commercial failure. However, her second album The Woman in Me in 1995 was a huge success and kickstarted her career in the music industry globally. It sold over 20 million copies and earned Shania her first Grammy Award. Her third album Come on Over in 1997 became the best-selling album by a female of all time selling over 40 million copies worldwide.

Shania is a married woman. She tied her knots with Frederic Thiebaud in 2008 after fating for a long time. They finally got married in 2011. Currently, she is living a delightful and blessed life with her family. Prior to him, she was married to British singer and songwriter Robert John Lange. The couple was married from 1993 to 1998. Together, they have a son Eja, born in 2001.
